4hourshotel is a booking platform for microstays in hotels, where you can book a hotel room for the time you want, meaning 4, 6, or 8 hours, decide check-in time and only pay for what you need, day or night. The platform provides bookings in 3 to 5 star hotels.

Microstays are hotel reservations of less than 24 hours where you get to decide what time you enter the hotel and the amount of time you’ll stay, only paying for the time you need. Exactly what we offer at 4hourshotel.

You can book 4, 6 or 8 hours, depending on what you need, and if you need 4 or 5 hours, many of our hotels offer extra hours as an add-on.

To book a room, your name and email address are required. Credit card information might be requested at the discretion of the hotel or services provided, as specified in the terms for each hotel.

You can pay the reservation price online or directly at the hotel. Reservation price includes €2 service fee which is non-refundable and to be paid at the booking confirmation.

Yes, you can. It is possible to pay in cash and other payment methods (i.e. credit card).

Other than non-refundable reservations, you can cancel your reservation until the last minute on our website, free of charge. You may incur a charge for credit card payment.

A valid form of identification must be presented for every guest while checking in.

There is a service charge of €2 for every booking (non refundable)

The first time you use the service you will receive the request for booking confirmation by email within 5 minutes. All subsequent bookings will be directly confirmed.

Your credit card data will be encrypted and transferred directly to the hotel where only the person in charge has the possibility to read the sent data as viewing these data is consented only after inserting the specific password.

The major part of the hotels does not accept debit card as guarantee for the booking, but there are some exceptions. You can find these information during the booking process.

Yes, but only with the permission of the cardholder. You have to specify that you have the permission in the “Special Request” section in the booking module. The hotel may ask for an authorization from the cardholder. In case of missing presentation or of a late cancellation, the fees will be debited from the provided card.

You can contact directly the hotel as we never debit on the card but we are limited by providing data to the hotel.

In the end of the stay, a brief questionnaire will be sent to you where you can tell us about your experience in the hotel you have chosen.

To extend your stay, you have to create a new reservation consequential to the one already created .

According to the hotel availability you can book a room up to a maximum of six months in advance.
